As we all know, China is one of the fastest growing economy in the world currently.Certainly, this has resulted in effects on its society.
Some examples:
-Increase in Income
-More opportunity for education
-Higher standards of living
-Easily accessable transport system

However, due to its effects on this society, it has also brought about some negative effects on its society.
Such as when parents have higher incomes, together with the one child policy. Much of the extra cash is used to indulge their child and in some cases overindulging them. Childrens and teen start becoming spoilt and are commonly obese.

Economic growths have also brought about some positive effects too, such as the Chinese people are more able to afford a vehicle as well as spend their riches in luxuries such as branded bags. This increase in the standard of their life has brought forward their status in society for other countries to awe at.

As the standard of life increase, prices of goods also increased. The richer people living in cities and town are able to coop with the extra costs while the poorer Chinese living in rural areas are unlikely to be able to coop well. They lead their life being farmers and their income is just barely enough to afford daily necessities in the past. However the increase of taxes as well as goods were detrimental to them as their incomes doesn't follow suit. This brings about more people living in poverty in rural areas.

Economic growth has both the positive and negative affects in a society,I personally feel that the government in the country should invest more money in helping those in poverty cope with the increase in standard of life. Furthermore, the poor have also paid a part in their economic growth. These are my two cents on the affects of economic growth.
